Vintage teal and white stripe sheer blouse.

Blue and white striped sheer blouse with neck tie and pearly buttons. Small pin head size stain on back shoulder area as in last photo. Vintage Larouche brand. Thin Shoulder pads you can always cut these out but I find they good it a nice shape.
