Vintage terrier bookends

Vintage Scottish or West Highland terrier dog bookends or door stops. Appears to be copper showing through (which I understand can be a component of cast iron) but has the weight of cast iron…more of a copper colour though (I cannot be certain of composition). I have seen these priced anywhere from $80-400 online). Approx. 5” wide by 5.3 tall each.
