Vintage tie waist coat

Vintage tie waist coat. The coat ties at waist and has a hood. Pit to pit measures 19’. The length measures 26. The coat has a small mark of some white on the back side of the coat but is not very noticeable and does not devalue the coat. Washable but material is unknown feels a bit like poncho material but is not itchy like wool.
