Vintage | tri footed teacup and saucer set | hand painted | made in Japan

A beautiful, very old hand painted tri footed teacup and saucer set. Made in Japan by Takiro. The edges are scalloped with gold trim. Approx measurements: Teacup - 2.25 inches tall 3.75 inch diameter on the bowl of the teacup with handle - 4.75 saucer 5 5/8 inch diameter It's in great pre-owned vintage condition with no imperfections like chips or cracks. The flowers are on one side only and on the interior of the teacup. It's pale and some of my photos are probably a little saturated but the colors are beautiful. I am pretty sure most of the flowers are chrysanthemums (popular in the 1950s ...) More FYIs Please note for this very fragile, beauty, I will be using extra packaging (mostly brand new packaging - recycled cardboard to line the box so it's stronger and safer during shipping) I use this method to ensure the buyer receives the item intact. Since it's hand painted and I am fussy about protecting paint - tissue paper, then bubble wrap. I have enough experience shipping breakables I am now willing to ship something extra fragile. 🙏 Thanks.
