Vintage trousers made in Canada

The brand is haggar. Love these but they are a bit too small for me to wear comfortably. They are marked as a size 16 but are much smaller than that (I wear 12 or 14 in a small brand like Zara) and they’re tight on the waist for me so I included the measurement.
