Vintage unbranded tweed ladies long trench style coat size S/M

Beautiful jacket. Colours are green/orange/browns. Slight shoulder pads and polyester (?) lining. There is no maker or size tag. I would estimate the size to be a small/medium. Please review measurements below to ensure a proper fit. There is a mark on the front right hand side (left side in photos). I am not sure if it's a fabric flaw or stain. See last photos and video.
