Vintage velvet dress

this is a really unique and interesting dress. the upper has a floral pattern with a mid-button front. really nice embroidered passementerie rope detail along the neckline. ornate gold buttons. the bottom is crushed velvet and the sleeves are the lace tiered. I would say it has a Victorian feel to it while also embracing a cottage core kind of vibe. it's in remarkable condition and it fits like a size small. measurements are approximate and taken laying flat in inches and should be doubled where needed.  Pit to pit 17 Waist (empire with hidden elastic) 15 stretches to 17 Hips 27 Bottom hem 33 Arms from shoulder seam (low shoulder) 22 Shoulder seam to shoulder seam 16 Total length 50.5 (including lace)
