Floral pattern seems like it’s painted on velvet( I can feel the pattern on the fabric). Decorative buttons. Button front closure. Button cuffs. Light shoulder pads. Puff shoulder. Tie at back waist for adjusting size. No manufacturer or material tags. Model is size small, 5’9. May fit up to medium. Approx 23in length at front, 20.5in length at back, 15.5in shoulder seam to seam, 27in shoulder seam to cuff, 20.25in pit to pit, 19in width at waist untied.
