Vintage velvet-y hat

Vintage velvet-y hat in good condition. This hat is a bit on the smaller side as it is vintage and people used to be smaller :) but it will fit someone up to 57cm size head. There are some signs of wear- the hand stitched lining was starting to come off and I stitched it back. Very pretty head piece looking for a new owner. Let me know if you have any questions.
