Vintage very high waisted appliqué denim

In good vintage condition. Probably in cotton blend. Denim color only. Fun appliqué on the front i don't think it's leather. Very very high waisted. Measure lay flat: waist 12,5'' hips 18'' rise 12,5'' inseam 30,5'' bottom wide 7''.
