Vintage waist belt stretchy grey scallop art deco simple nautical shell belt

excellent used condition. vintage waist belt. maybe a couple scuffs on the buckle. not sure if the buckle is genuine leather or not but it is very soft and shiny! a great simple look that compliments the stretchy fabric waist part. a dark neutral blue/grey color. buckle has a scallop nautical look to it. back is a metal clip. one size but is very stretchy. i would say it fits like a xs/small. see measurements
