Vintage white blouse with embroidery

Vintage white women's blouse with embroidery and a peplum hem.Three snaps at bottom on ruffle peplum and one snap at neck. No size, no labels. My guess is it is a small. Measures approximately 21" long, 12.5" at waist and 18" at chest under arm pits.
