Vintage white fit and flare dress with lace skirt long sleeves and high neckline

A fabulous vintage white ladies occasion knee length dress with lace and rosette details! Could even be an alternative wedding dress or just a sweet dress to have tea in! Looks great with tall boots. Ties in the back at the waist for a perfect fit. Material has lots of stretch. The high neck has two loop and button closures in the back. The skirt is lined all the way down and is not see through. Measurements: length about 34-35 inches shoulder to hem. Waist laid flat untied 15 inches across. Bust flat across 16 inches. I think it would fit an XS or S because it’s stretchy. Condition: slight yellow discolouration shown in last photo at base of neckline on the inside. Can barely be noticed but I thought I should mention it. The material washes very well and you could probably get it completely white. Buttons and loops work well. No other flaws I could see.
