silky velvet with leather trim and metal studs. this skirt is incredibly high quality from the brand bebe in the late 90's in their goth phase. it looks nearly identical to the lipservice one except the lace trim is done in leather bought 2 and never wore them I had a think about buying backups lol flat measurements small waist 15 medium waist 17 length 41
