Vintage women’s houndstooth blazer size M-L

This is an adorable vintage blazer - oversized style with pink satin interior and grey and sage houndstooth. Perfect fall piece for office casual look. 3 button style. Buttons have a slight mother of pearl look. Completely lined. No visible flaws anywhere. Tag says size 12, more of reg size 8 but I’m a small (4) and worn it as an oversized blazer 2-3 times. Has shoulder pads.
