Vintage wool Evan Picone blazer

Vintage gem of a blazer in beautiful windowpane plaid of cream, gold, navy blue and red. Fully lined. 60% wool and 40% viscose- I’m thinking the lining is the viscose and the exterior is wool- this tag doesn’t break down fabric content of exterior vs lining. Two functioning pockets at hip. Single button closure. There are shoulder pads but they’re not super aggressive, in my opinion. This ILGWU tag dates it between 1974-1995 but based on the shoulder pads I’d put this squarely in the 80s. Marked a size 10- would fit a modern xs-s. Model is 5’7” and an XS-S. Pit to pit: 20.5” Shoulder to shoulder: 16.5” Shoulder to hem: 28.25”
