Vintage wool Scottish Tartan Plaid Skirt & Suspenders 5-7 years adjustable waist

Amazing vintage condition! Scottish wool skirt. Eye and hook closure with an authentic leather side buckle that can be adjusted from 9-11 inches waist (18-22 inches when worn). Skirt itself is 11.5 inches long, and suspenders are 10inches, totalling 21.5 inches long. I would say this would fit a 5-7 year old, but check measurements to be sure:).
