Vintage wool blend mermaid skirt by Debbie Shuchat NOW

This 1980's vintage mermaid maxi skirt has the most adorable button flap detail in the front and has that perfect hem for a twirl. Made of 70% wool and 30% polyester with a yellow/black tweed-like pattern and it is lined. Great vintage condition with one spot in the back were seam is pulled a bit, as shown in third photo.
