Vintage wool dress from spanned size m

Nice wool dress from spanner. Has metallic silver flower with some velvet pedals and silver bands at the hips and ends of sleeves. There’s q hole with a run on each side near the seam. I think could be repaired but not sure how. Maybe best to repurpose this special dress. Shoulder pads could use a bit of reshaping or removed/replaced The silver mesh is see through. Smoke free home.
