Vintage wool felted hat with feather

Excellent condition vintage felted hat with feather accent. Black hat from Kates label. Canadian made. No fabric label but almost certainly wool. Very high quality. Measures approximately 7.5 inches across inside or approximately 21 inches diameter. No size label. This hat fits me very well and I’d say I’m a medium in head size.
