Lovely vintage wool skirt. Iridescent indigo/teal fabric. I love this skirt but it's a bit too big for me. Flat waist is 14 inches. Could fit a small or medium. There is a slight pull in the fabric on the side of the skirt (see last picture), but this could easily be removed. It is hardly noticeable.
