Vintage wool kilt and vest

New pure wool made in Scotland vintage kilt and vest. kilt is "14 across waist, a bit to small for me. not a true size 14/16 but buckle straps could be removed and relocated for a better fit if you sew. beautiful mint condition and I can throw in turtle neck for free.
