Vintage wrap & tie festival pants aqua

these tie on like an apron at front & back, open side leg design , tie ankle , no size tag but since it tied on its pretty adjustable waist measures approximately 15 inches flat across....but can go a few inches larger, just more leg will show, can adjust as small as you like length measures 43 inches from top of waist to bottom of hem, but crops up when knotted
