Vintage y2k heels

Definitely such a unique design pattern. a Size 37 & made it Italy. Laces are made out of leather. Fabricated in early 2000’s (have not been worn in a few years, so laces are definitely worn but easily replaceable laces/strings) , would probably suggestion changing them.
