Vintage yellow gold sapphire and diamond ring, size 7

I've had this ring since high school! It's vintage early 90s and there is no stamp. Three marquis shaped sapphires with two marquis shaped spacers with small diamonds. It is a size 7 and in excellent condition as it has not been worn since I received it as a gift way back when. Purchased from Mappins.
