Vintage 70s maxi dress powder blue empire waist

Beautiful vintage maxi dress from the 70s. Powder blue dress with embroidered pattern on skirt. Keyhole in front and back with a little bow at the neck. Light weight, the skirt is thin and somewhat sheer would require a slip. Size labeled a 16 but not true to size. Fits more like a 12. See measurements for best fit, no stretch. Excellent condition.
