Approx flat lay measurements Waist 22” Hips 32” Length 40” Size 3X on tag. 100% Rayon. Button up closure to front of skirt. Side kick pleats. Centre kick pleat below buttons has been professionally sewn shut at some point. Rear portion of waist band is elastic but no longer retains much stretch. Waistband is wearable at measured size.
