Vintage Cowl Bateau Dress

I have a disease. The peach tulle rick rack was so cute, legit vintage, the metal zipper was out of commission. I intended to just replace the zipper and put it up for sale. Instead I found myself fixing construction errors and designing a new under dress for it. Spent way to much time! The under dress is made from two layers of Georgette. One white one yellow, makes for a softer cannery yellow undertone. Under bodice is scooped back & front with a moulded cap shoulder, hidden center back zip. I designed it to be taken in or out pretty easily. There is room for an additional 1.5" on top of what's listed below. I had to get in it, even though it doesn't fit. It's just the sweetest little dress. Bust 35.5 - 36" Waist 28.5 - 29" Hips 39 - 40"
