White cotton, with a dusty blue accent. Beautifully shirred upper bodice in a diamond pattern. Dainty cotton eyelet lace through neckline & sleeve hems. Very soft cotton. No rips stains or holes. Freshly washed & hung. Shoulder 16" Pit to pit 20" Hip open Sleeve length 21" Bicep circumference 19" Overall length 42" In mint vintage condition with exception of the elastic that creates the ruffled sleeve hem has lost its elasticity. I can fix that, just drop me a note at purchase.
