Vintage Pierre Balmain blazer Classic and timeless , this blazer is likely from the late 70’s Fully lined , with front flap pockets and one breast pocket . 2 button front closure , notch lapel and buttoned cuffs. 100% wool Size 42 on label - please check with measurements as this is vintage sizing and may not fit like a modern 42. Exterior is in like new condition - lining has some staining on it .
