Vintage Plaid Wool Wrap Skirt

Vintage Plaid Wool Wrap Skirt Beautiful blue plaid wool wrap skirt with velcro and button fastening. The trim of the skirt is intentionally frayed. Extra button sewn into bottom. Appears to be hand made. No tags but I would expect it to be wool. In excellent vintage condition. I'm guessing the size is 16/18 based on measurements below: Waist: 18 inches Length: 35 inches
