Vintage Red Fox's Biscuits Round Cylinder Tin w'Handle, Ornate Floral Embossed

This tin makes me think of a carousel, not sure why. It's lovely and in good used condition but some paint wear and metal tarnish/rusting in places. Measures approximately 5" tall.
