Vintage Ruffled Mini Dress

First let's talk textile... This is a beautiful medium weight rayon, this print came around in the 80's & I call it a stain glass mosaic. Vibrant blue, purple & teal shot with gold. I got excited again & forgot to take a picture of the original. It had a total of 8 kerchief drops that hit at about the knee, this was a design detail that was just not working for me. There is an insane amount of fabric in this skirt. It took me 3 hours to re shape & hem. I actually just did it yesterday & wore to pick my hubs up at the airport. He told me I looked like a "peacock" & smacked my but :) "Sounds good to me" I said. Any dress that can do that is worth a pretty penny. Bust 36" Waist 30" Hip 40" Length from waist 22" Bias cut drop waist bodice dual tiered full skirt. Straps are adjustable.
