Vintage Sterling Silver 925 and Pearl (?) Ring Size 7.5

Vintage Double Pearl Ring 5mm White Cultured Pearl(?) or very good faux Pearl 5mm Black Pearl(?) or very nice faux Tahitian Prong set on a sterling silver band Stamped STERLING inside the band with two hallmarks that I cannot decipher. Measurements in pictures. Please look carefully and zoom in. I try to take clear shots so everything is visible. Pearls have some imperfections and seem quite round and a matched size. Size 7.5
