I believe it is from the 1960s, but I can not confirm for sure. Brooch attached is a genuine Vintage item sold sometime between the 1940s and 1960s. Black velvet, large rayon bow. Brooch is 3 inches in diameter with large ornate red resin crystals. In excellent condition.
