Vintage long sleeve dress with pleated skirt

Vintage late 70s or early 80s long sleeve dress with pleated skirt. Beige and blue very thin striped jacquard satin. Back zipper, the front can be opened to show the fabric under that looks really beautiful! No size tag but fits a small perfectly. There is stretch in the waist. One of the decorative buttons on the wrist is missing, otherwise excellent condition.
