Vintage short sleeve white embroidered blouse

Lovely vintage button down blouse. Light cotton fabric, short sleeve blouse with embroidery on the front. Slits on either side of bottom hem, and shoulder pads that can be cut out. Tags cut out but fits a medium. Excellent condition.
