Vintage-y Polka Dot Dress

I can't find any original tag on this dress, but I picked this up at a consignment shop and never wore it. It's hard to see, but the front is a black sheer material that goes up to the collar, and the back exposes your back to your mid back. It is slipped over the head to put on.
