The vet that was everywhere - fitted vest with high neck - button closure fitted at waist—giving you an hourglass look - blue-ish, grey-ish - work a handful of times - can cinch at back I love this look, but it fits a bit snug on my chest and I feel like my torso is a bit long for it (I'm 5"10)
