Canadian designer vivian wong and made in Canada! size 8, stretchy medium weight open front suit jacket with "just the right amount" of shoulder pads:) jacket is not lined, it's more of a dressy suit jacket/cardigan style. very stylish! please see measurements and compare to your own jackets:)
