Loose-fitting, straight, pullover tunic or dress, three inches below mid-knee of evening length has shoulder pads, front and back gathered into narrow neckband, back buttoned closing, side seam pockets and full length sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs. C has side hemline slit, narrow hem and topstitching. Straight skirt, three inches below mid-knee length has elasticized waistline.
