Volcom Black Grapa Tote Bag

This black tote bag by Volcom is made of vegan leather (polyurethane) and can comfortably carried as a shoulder bag. The front of the bag has a silver tone metal Volcom logo in the center of the straps, with the classic Volcom 5-sided diamond shape stitched into the base of the straps. There is a vertical zipper pocket on either side of the bag and the top of the bag has a round magnetic closure. The interior of the bag is lined with a black fabric, and there is a maker's tag stitched onto the exterior of the inner zip pocket. The bag has normal wear and while nearly the entire bag is without issue, the straps have some small issues. The last pic shows 2 small sections of material loss (top left of strap, lower right as well). The 2nd last pic shows the side of the back strap that naturally sits on the shoulder, where there are some small pieces starting to flake. I'm not sure of the best way to fix this issue so I've left it as-is for now. Surprisingly, there are no similar flake issues anywhere else on the bag that I could see, even though it's usually the bottom that wears first. The bag also has some wrinkles from being moved around and stored before I found it. Please see the pictures!
