Volcom empire waist bow dress

New with tags. This versatile dress has a adorable bow on the chest and double criss-cross adjustable straps. straps have buttons to be adjusted and can be crossed or worn straight. I bought for an event I didn't end up attending. Made with silky material, it's edgy but girly and 100% unique. It could easily be hemmed to a mini dress. Vintage Volcom circa 2006
