Volcom empire waist bow dress

New with tags. This versatile dress has a adorable bow on the chest and double criss-cross adjustable straps. Straps have buttons to be adjusted in length and can be criss-crossed or worn straight. Was purchased for an event, but didn't end up attending. Made with silky material, it's edgy but girly and 100% unique. It could easily be hemmed to a mini dress. Vintage Volcom circa 2008
