This is a perfect summer dress for any occasion.. beautiful color, lined skirt, fully shirred top for great fit. Genuine Volcom,with lace edging in perfect condition.. measurements are taken flat, bust 15in/38cm with lots of stretch!!! hip area of underskirt 19in_50cm.. the outer skirt is fuller.. length from under bust to upper hem 19in/50cm, the back center hem is approx. 8in/20 cm longer
