Vovk is an authentic ethnic Ukrainian brand. They make top quality clothing, filled with lots of joy and whimsy. This is an XS with really flattering statement sleeves. I bought it in Kyiv but my event I intended to wear it at was cancelled. It's hard to part with this one!
