Vtg 1991 Police/Military Motorcycle fetish leather mens Boots sz 13

Vintage 1991 NEW without tag police boots ( Montréal, Québec , motorcycle policeman), never worn... The zippers are in good working order. The tongue stays in place at the top with a velcro patch. The velcro is clean and in good working order. There is creasing and minor scuffs/scratches from improper storage. They are men's US size 13. This is based on my friend wearing size 12. He has them on in the pics and they were a size too big. Insole measure 11 3/4", and outsole measure 13" x 4 1/4"....total height measure 17 3/4" and heels are 1 3/8" height. Inside circumference at the top is: 15-16" max.
