Vtg 1998 WWF Undertaker Ringside Supplies Squirt Head Attitude Flaws

This item is in the original packaging but the packaging is torn on the back. The mesh is cut open, which has caused the back of his head to have a tear on the material. The cardboard packaging has tears and creases to it. Please see all photos for exact item.  The head is approximately 2 1/2" tall.
