Vtg 1999 Inspector Gadget McDonalds Toys 14 Inch Figure Incomplete Flaws

This toy is pre-owned and in used ccondition. It is not complete. The chest does not light or rev up when you push down on the head. It has some marks, stains and wear on it from use. Please see all photos for exact item. This figure is approximately 11" tall without the legs being extended.
