Vtg 1999 Ooglies Hamhock Interactive Electronic Toy Playmates Incomplete

This toy is pre-owned and in used condition. It is missing the top with the bow and hair. It has been tested and works. It has some marks and stains on it. Please see all photos for exaxct item.  This figure is approximately 5" tall. It requires 3 AAA and 3 AA batteries, which are not included.
