It measures 18" across the back from underarm to underarm, 14 1/2" across the back at the hem, 15 1/2" from the shoulder to the hem. It is 100% polyester, made in Canada, inner smocking piece and tie front. It's adorable. One of a kind. Gently pre-owned in good vintage condition, there are some marks on the inside collar and the smocked front seems to be stretched out a bit on the sides, might be for a more busty gal.
